Order Cancellations:

We accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. Your order will be cancelled and refunded to your original form of payment. After 24 hours, all pre-order items are immediately moved to production and in-stock styles are processed for shipment. Thereafter, we are not able to issue refunds/cancellations of any kind.

Please note that we will not be able to cancel an order if the order was already shipped.

Returns/Exchanges:

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for our team to process it once it's received at our facilities. We thank you for your support, understanding, and extended patience!

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference.

Note that we do not include shipping fees in store credit.

We do not accept returns after the 30 day period of receipt of the goods, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if requested!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at support@iatlist.com with your order number.

Orders to be refunded must have been received and / or returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer who will have to send the goods to our warehouse.

(Refunds processing can take up to 30 days depending on the credit institution).

The returned product must be intact and sealed.

SHIPPING OF RETURNS

The shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs are charged to the customer.

IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?

If you have received defective, incorrect and / or damaged goods, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items and all references related to receiving your package and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

Please note* for all damaged orders we will send a new product at our expense otherwise a refund will be issued via a coupon on our website.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify your order at support@iatlist.com. Orders to be refunded must have been received and / or returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer who will have to send the goods to our warehouse.

If you want to make a return or receive a refund, remember to include the order number and the change you want to make in the email, you will always receive confirmation of the operation by email. Orders that have already been packed, shipped or not yet received cannot be modified or canceled until the moment of receipt.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund Processing Time:


We understand the importance of a timely refund process. Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days. However, please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor. Typically, refunds are reflected in your account within 3-5 business days, but it can take longer in certain cases. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Refund Coverage:


a) If the mistake or defect is due to our responsibility, such as wrong item shipment or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued to the customer.
b) If a customer requests a refund without any valid reason, they will be required to return the product at their own expense. Regardless of whether the original order had free shipping or incurred shipping charges, the refund amount will be adjusted to deduct the corresponding shipping costs.

Note:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
